Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Dementia patient, high fall risk. Will have physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy & nurses coming to see her during the week as well. About the care needs: Good listener, occasionally pushed in wheelchair for outdoor time. Patient has dementia & is an extreme fall risk. Needs to be assisted at all times. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
