Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: He has dementia and balance issues. About the care needs: His caregiver must be able to communicate with me in English. Communication with me would primarily be by text, but needs to be possible verbally as well. His caregiver would hopefully be able to prevent falls and to help him up. He requires assistance with showering and hygiene needs. He is incontinent. His caregiver would only need to do simple meal prep (such as microwaving and plating food) and light housekeeping for him. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
