Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I'm recovering from back surgery and my husband and I need help keeping up with the house. Vacuuming, doing the dishes, helping with laundry, maybe run an errand . That kind of thing. About the care needs: I recently had a back surgery so I cant liftI recently had a back surgery so I cant lift anything over 5 pounds nor can I bend. Someone with a nursing background or something similar would be helpful. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
