Caregiver Needed

I need to find at least one person (possibly more) who would be available to take me to doctor's appointments / run errands during the day. I would need to be picked up at my home in North Ogden, my wheelchair loaded into the car, dropped off at the appointment and then the reverse. I can transfer from the wheelchair to the car myself, but I am unable to help load the wheelchair. I would prefer my own van be used for transportation as I'm most comfortable getting in and out, but other arrangements can be discussed.
