Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: transportation and medication prompting and just making sure she is okay. She has a friend that she stays with during the day from 10am-5 p.m. about 15 minutes away from her house. Pickup and drop offs are based on that time. She has some cognitive decline and is unable to drive, however she is able to dress and bathe herself and make herself food. She is also fully mobile. We just need someone who will be able to remind her to take her evening medication before bed and morning medication before dropping her off at her friends. Pay is $30 an hour. Additional days may be needed. Will compensate for drive time.
