Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're a family new to the area with two daughters (ages 7 and 4) and primarily need help with the afternoon pickups and activities, preparing snacks etc, until we find after school programming. Our TK student is done at 11:45 a.m. and our 2nd grader ends at 2:45 p.m. (other than 1:45p Wed). The combined need is 11:30a - 5/5:30p on weekdays. We also potentially need help with the morning routine - waking, dressing, feeding and getting ready for school with dropoff (7-9a weekdays). As we are new to the area, we also are looking to identify nanny options for ad hoc date nights, or other time blocks for various commitments.
