Seeking an experienced, energetic caregiver for our 1. 5-year-old twin boys, with potential to grow into full-time as we welcome a new baby. Great opportunity for someone wanting a long-term family. Need: Confident handling two toddlers at once; comfortable switching between childcare and mommys helper tasks (laundry, tidying, simple meals); good at organizing/home systems; help with swim lessons. Were an active, outdoorsy family who loves hiking as a stay-at-home mom, I sometimes need an extra set of hands to help me hike with both boys, so comfort with outdoor adventures and hiking with toddlers is a big plus. Patient, safety-conscious, and reliable.
