Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a wonderful long-term nanny/mothers helper for our 1-year-old in Aventura. Im a stay-at-home mom and involved with my child, so Im looking for someone who can work alongside me as a team rather than take over completely. The ideal person is loving, dependable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys being part of a family. We prefer someone who has their own reliable car, does not smoke, and is comfortable with dogs. Most importantly, were looking for someone long-term who can grow with our family. Over time, the role may expand beyond childcare into more of a nanny/family assistant position for the right person.
