Childcare Needed

Hi! we are looking for someone patient, understanding, motivating and experienced with neurodivergent kids. We have two boys, ages 2. 5 and 4. 5 ASD. They are both fairly high functioning and active. We prefer our sitter to be hands on and not just sit our boys in front of a tv, but more so play and engage with them. We also would love to find someone that becomes like family rather than just someone to watch our boys. It is also important to note that sometimes my husband gets off of work after 10 p.m. (so flexibility is huge in being able to stay past 10pm, latest probably 2am, which doesn't happen often). We are also a drug free, crime free family and expect the same for our sitter.
