Nanny Needed For My Children

My husband and I have a 14-month-old and a baby due in September. I work from home and currently my husand works 4 days on, 2 days off. We are looking for an in our home sitter Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. just for the newborn, however there may be days where both kids will need watched. Ideally the sitter is experienced with newborns, CPR/first aide trained, a non-smoker and ok with dogs, as we have one lab. We would like a sitter to start in December and plan to work with us until at least the summer. Pay is negotiable but we'd like to set a weekly rate, open to PTO and other benefits as well.
