Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a babysitter to help with intermittent daytime coverage during our work day. We have hybrid work schedules (from home and in office). Hours variable but generally 8am-2p. Would be ideal if could come as early as 7 a.m. on certain days. Days of the week can be varied or set if preferable. Would like someone who is reliable, has experience and comfort with infants, is nurturing and caring, engages with age appropriate activities, and agreeable to following our preferred schedule for feeding/playtime/naps. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have one large friendly goldendoodle) and who is CPR certified.
