Childcare Needed

We are looking for a part-time nanny to come to our home and help care for our new baby when I return to work in early November. He will be 3 months old, and our 2-year-old daughter will be in daycare. My husband works from home and will be here to help. We'd love someone comfortable and experienced with young babies. My schedule varies week to week, but I can provide it 1-1. 5 months in advance. We anticipate needing ~16 hours/week, typically 8:45-4:30/5 on days I work. We're flexible for the right person, though our schedule does require flexibility. If you're looking for more hours, we can discuss options. We'd also love someone available for occasional date nights!
