Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am in a doctorate program and I will need someone to stay with my 16-month-old on days that I have lab work. Friday's 8-4 and Thursday's 9-12 or 1-4 (alternates weekly). This will continue at least through thanksgiving and then similar times from January to May 2027. I would like to find a consistent person who I trust. My husband will be working from home during some of these dates but he will not be able to work and take care of the toddler at the same time. You must be comfortable knowing we will be in the house at the same time sometimes and will have a camera in the main room.
