Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I are looking for a great babysitter/nanny/ house manager for 3 children in Mechanicsville. I need support before school from 6:15-7:45 and again from 2:45-5:30 ish. I can possibly use after care some days to help with coverage if someone if partially available or only wants some afternoon work. and am open to other light duties to provide more hours. The kids need help packing their lunches and getting breakfast in the morning.
