Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for someone to be our consistent babysitter to help with date nights and events for work. We would like someone to be long term with us and grow with my son, who is currently 5 months old. He enjoys playing on his play mat with his toys and learning how to crawl and move his body. We would like someone active, enjoys being outside, and who likes dogs (we have 2). We prefer a calm and technology free environment as well as Montessori principles in his day to day routine. He is a very smiley and loving boy and we would love to add one babysitter to our family!
