Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a reliable nanny/caretaker for my 3-year-old and 4-month-old for occasional days each month. Schedule varies, mostly evenings/nights and weekends, with some overnight or early morning shifts (starting 5 AM). Must be comfortable with a small dog, have reliable transportation, and preferably CPR/first aid certified with experience caring for both infants and toddlers.
