Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for live-in companion in a senior living apartment for my mother in her 80s. She can get around and care for herself but needs 24 hour supervision due to agitation and restlessness from a recent medical issue. Looking for someone who is understanding, caring and compassionate and knows how to handle an agitated senior to prevent escalation. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with having a cat around. My mom can care for the cat.
