Babysitter Needed for my Children

My child is an autistic 4-year-old girl. She is super bubbly and fun. She loves to play, climb, and jump. She is nonverbal, but can communicate using hand leading to let you know what she wants. She may have behaviors due to frustration from time to time, but is working on it. I need someone available to pick her up from school at 4:30p on the days I work (Im a nurse) and take her home and stay with her till about 8p and can play, start homework and provide an after school meal/snack until I get home. She is an extreme eloper which will require a close eye and tons of locks a camera , alarms and precautionary on my doors and windows cause she is quick and will slide out the front door
