Baby is formula fed. He was premature and is a crier when it comes to diaper change time so Im looking for a nanny that is patient. They eat every three hours and nap. They have 1-2 wake windows lasting between 60-90 minutes. During that time we do tummy time, stretching, and chatting to stimulate their brain development
