Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a reliable nanny for a 18-month-old little girl. The days of the week can vary depending on the need at work but ideally we need someone two days a week. Time would be 5:45am-3:45 p.m. (roughly). Specifics can be discussed further. I am a part time nurse and am expected to be at work no matter what so we need someone very reliable. We have a Somerville address but we are actually in Oakland.
