Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I am looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Winchester. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help but ultimately that is optional. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who has college degree. Picking kids up from school and taking them home until work is finished would be key. Need someone who is comfortable with special needs children as my oldest has autism and ADHD.
