Seasonal Grain Elevator Worker

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural and grain handling services, is seeking a Harvest - Elevator Worker (US) to join their team. As a Harvest - Elevator Worker (US), you will be part of the operations team supporting grain handling and processing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Harvest - Elevator Worker (US)

Location: Montpelier, IN

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 12 Must be open to all shifts

What's the Job?

• Dump and load railcars and trucks to facilitate grain transportation
• Operate grain dryers to ensure quality and safety standards
• Assist with grain handling activities to support efficient processing
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment
• Conduct general maintenance as needed to support operational efficiency

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent
• Commitment to safety procedures and a zero injury culture
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Ability to meet climbing stairs and ladders, work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust), and lift up to 55 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
