Forklift Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading distributor, is seeking Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Akron, OH

Pay Range: 19/hour

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and relocate products within the warehouse.
• Accurately pull and stage shipping orders, following all customer instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Experience with sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Ability to pass employment, criminal background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
