Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour

Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Set up machines with proper guides and blades to ensure accurate cutting of materials
• Run test sheets, inspect for defects, and verify conformance to specifications
• Adjust machinery as needed to maintain high-quality output
• Enter production data, reconcile sheeted material, and log job codes
• Maintain inventory control to support efficient production workflows

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in machine operating (1-3 years) 
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
