Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Restaurant Server for a local hotel bar/restaurant. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience by taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Greet guest in a courteous and professional manner. upon entering the restaurant/bar area within the hotel
- Present food and beverage menus and answer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions
- Serve beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts
- Verify customer age and identification when serving alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification
- Previous bartender/server experience required
- Must possess or able to acquire a Bar Card Liquor license within 45 days once converted over with hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Dependable, attendance and punctuality is required
- Ability to work effectively alone in a fast-paced environment
