Job Title: Turret Forklift Operator (Forklift Certified)

Location: Compton, CA
Pay Rate: $18-21/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday | Start time can be as early as 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM - Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Turret Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse/logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a Turret Forklift and be comfortable working in narrow aisles, retrieving product from elevated racking, and maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using clamp attachments
• Ensure product is handled without damage
• Conduct daily forklift inspections
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Operate a Turret Forklift / Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and move product throughout the warehouse.
• Retrieve pallets and materials from high-level racking.
• Load, unload, stage, and relocate inventory as needed.
• Verify product, quantities, and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily forklift inspections before operating equipment.
• Follow all warehouse and OSHA safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
• Reliable transportation to Compton, CA
