Prudential Healthcare Staffing is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem opportunities throughout the Duluth area.

This position is ideal for CNAs looking for flexibility and the ability to pick up shifts around school, another job, family responsibilities, or their personal schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Take and document vital signs when required
• Respond to resident needs in a timely and professional manner
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow facility safety, infection-control, and resident-care procedures
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to residents

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certification
• 6 Months of experience in LTC or assisted living background
• Previous CNA experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
