Certified Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, experienced Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality, respectful care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, attentive to detail, and committed to helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriate.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry related to clients' care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders according to the client's care plan and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan and all applicable health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain client confidentiality and treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Previous home care and healthcare experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
• Must be dependable, professional, compassionate, and able to work independently.
