As a Sourcing intern, you will support the execution of the sourcing strategy by researching and analyzing information that impacts the supply chain, such as strategy implementation, vendor onboarding and communication.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to drive global sourcing strategies for Kohl's Private and Exclusive brands
• Foster vendor partnerships by utilizing vendor scorecards, analyzing performance metrics and participating in strategic discussions
• Support the costing process and implementation of sourcing strategies through research, analysis, reporting and data visualization
• Manage data effectively, including building and maintaining reports and presentations
• Monitor and manage centralized sourcing mailboxes
• Additional tasks may be assigned

💡 What Skills You Have

Required

• Undergraduate Junior
• Passion for and/or a background in research and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in pivot tables and file linking
