• 30 - 40 shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts
• 24/7 coverage -- no call
• 40 - 60 patients per day in OB ED setting
• OB ED department -- not L&D
• APP support available 18 hours a day
• High and low risk OB skills required -- C-section, VBAC, breech
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Amniocentesis and repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
