Primarily responsible for counting, processing, and securing coin and currency collected from equipment. This role also provides support for equipment delivery, installation, and service activities, which may account for approximately 40% of job responsibilities.

Overview:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cash Processing & Accountability (Approximately 60%)

• Receive cash from designated routes and process funds to the appropriate accounts.
• Record dollar amounts and account numbers and prepare deposits according to collection details.
• Process coin changers and verify amounts received and distributed.
• Prepare route keys according to collection schedules and verify the return of all route keys.
• Establish and maintain chain of custody for keys and related materials.
• Report any discrepancies in CSC/CVC systems to management.
• May be responsible for minor maintenance and repairs of cash counting equipment.

Equipment Delivery, Installation & Service Support (Approximately 40%)

• Deliver and install laundry and air/vending equipment at customer homes and client locations.
• Pick up, repair, replace, or exchange washers, dryers, and air machines as needed.
• Prepare equipment for delivery by assembling required parts and ensuring units are ready for installation prior to loading.
• Load and unload equipment safely using a company vehicle and a two-wheeled hand cart.
• Instruct customers and clients on the safe and proper operation of installed equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, installations, and service visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while representing the company at customer locations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, move, load, and unload equipment.
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment using a two-wheeled hand cart and other approved moving equipment.
• Ability to work in various customer and client environments.
