Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, quality, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:

• Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
• Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
• Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
• Maintains related files.
• Prepare requests for reproduction of documents.
• Operates reproduction equipment.
• Prepares reports and memorandums.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Familiarity with AS 9100.
• 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
Computer skills & knowledge
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents.
• Ability to read and comprehend specs and work instructions.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Good technical/verbal communication.
• Ability to complete projects on time and with accuracy.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities.
Hourly rate: $23.47 - $32.00
