You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to minimize defects and use your stop-production authority to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Product & Material Inspection: Inspect materials, components, and finished goods against established specifications to prevent defective products from advancing in the supply chain.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to the quality management system and applicable industry regulations.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Quality Documentation: Accurately document inspection findings and log data to maintain compliance and traceability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production personnel and stakeholders to resolve quality issues, exercise stop-production authority when necessary, and drive continuous operational improvements.
Position Requirements
Education & Technical Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in quality control inspection within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Industry Domain: Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
Certifications & Competencies
- Certifications: Technical certification in quality control or a related field preferred.
- Systems Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting using Google Enterprise and ADP Lyric.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges), exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
