We're looking for mechanically inclined, hardworking individuals who take pride in getting the job done right. In this production-based role, you'll assemble portable HVAC equipment, perform inspections, assist with repairs, and help prepare equipment for customers. Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Assemble machine components (pipes, electrical connections, mechanical fasteners, etc.)
• Safely load and unload HVAC equipment to/from trucks and trailers
• Perform touch-up painting and sheet metal fabrication/ modification
• Operate forklifts to move and organize materials indoors and outdoors
• Wash and inspect returned equipment, reporting any damage
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather

What You Bring

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred: Vocational or technical training in a related field
• Experience:
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Mechanical aptitude or general technical service skills are required
  • Basic plumbing and pipe-fitting knowledge is a plus
  • Basic understanding of electrical system principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
