Bearing Transportation Group is hiring experienced Local Class A CDL Drivers for our dedicated Amazon operation in Carlisle and DuPont, Pennsylvania.

PAY and EARNING POTENTIAL
Pay: $25/hour

Overtime after 40 hours: $37.50/hour

With approximately 13-hour scheduled shifts:

• 3 Days / 39 Hours: Approximately $975/week
• 4 Days / 52 Hours: Approximately $1,450/week
• 5 Days / 65 Hours: Approximately $1,937/week
• Potential to earn approximately $90,000-$100,000+ annually with qualifying schedules, available overtime, and bonuses
• $1,000 Annual Performance Bonus for qualifying safety, attendance, and performance

HOME AFTER EVERY LOCAL SHIFT
This is a true local CDL position.

You return home after every scheduled shift.

No sleeping at truck stops.

No five-day road trips.

No traditional OTR lifestyle.

Work approximately 3-5 scheduled days per week, depending on your assigned schedule and Amazon freight availability.

You are being hired to drive - not unload trailers.

• 100% no-touch freight

Weekend availability is required based on assigned schedule.

Routes and start times are determined by Amazon's operating network and freight demand.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Current DOT medical qualification
• Acceptable MVR and driving history
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and required background checks
• Comfortable using ELDs, GPS, smartphones, and transportation applications
• Strong attendance and reliability
