Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Outpatient orthopedic experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule is 5x8 for 40 hours each week.
• Includes 1 to 2 evenings until 7 PM.
• Patient visits include 60-minute evaluations and treatments.
• Assignment is in an outpatient setting.
