Physical Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years’ experience required
• Inpatient & outpatient experience required
• Current NM licensure required
• Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission

Assignment Details

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• One Saturday per month at the hospital

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, located about 30 minutes from the city, and the Pecos River runs through town with boating and paddle sports at Lake Carlsbad Beach Park. Living in Carlsbad places you near Sitting Bull Falls Recreation Area, about 45 miles away, and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, which features native Chihuahuan Desert wildlife and hiking trails. The area supports an active outdoor lifestyle with Guadalupe Mountains National Park roughly 60 miles away in Texas and Brantley Lake State Park about 15 miles north for fishing, camping, and water recreation. Carlsbad also offers a quieter setting with regional air service through Cavern City Air Terminal and a walkable downtown near the riverfront.
