FOH Manager – Rockford, IL

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a FOH Manager who brings energy, leadership, and strong hospitality instincts to a thriving casual theme restaurant in the heart of Rockford.

This isn’t a “sit in the office” management job. You’ll lead from the floor, build a team people want to follow, and make sure every guest leaves already planning their next visit.

You’ll oversee service, coach and develop your team, drive guest satisfaction, manage labor, and help create an atmosphere that keeps both guests and employees coming back.

We want a leader who:

• Has 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Knows how to lead a high-volume FOH operation
• Enjoys developing people and creating great guest experiences
• Brings energy, urgency, and accountability
