Customer Support Representative I
Location: Houston, TX 77032
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service in a face-to-face environment. In this role, you will greet visitors, provide directions, answer inquiries, field complaints, and share information regarding company services. Some phone, email, and electronic interaction will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and handle face-to-face interactions in a professional manner.
Direct visitors and answer general questions about the organization.
Field customer complaints and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Handle occasional telephone and mail/electronic communications.
Use internal office automation tools to track, manage, and report outcomes.
Qualifications
Prior customer service or front-desk experience required.
Customer-to-Customer (C2C) experience is a major plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with basic office tools and computer software.
Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements (including 7-year criminal background check, 10-panel urine screen, and SSN trace).
