Shifts: Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $27.72/hr – $39.60/hr
Night Differential: $4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Job Description

We are hiring Med-Surg RNs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a 28-bed private unit.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and follow-up care.
• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care and advocate for patients.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of RN experience required.
• Acute-care experience is not required; LTAC, SNF, and similar experience accepted.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
