We’re looking for a Head Baker ready to take ownership of a high-volume restaurant and production kitchen where craftsmanship, consistency, and creativity matter. You’ll lead the baking operation from the first batch of the day through production, service, quality control, and everything in between.

This role demands a balance of technical precision, physical endurance, and creative culinary skills. You must be comfortable working overnights, early mornings, weekends, and demanding production schedules.

You’ll lead production, develop recipes, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, control costs, and mentor the baking team while helping create food guests remember.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven professional baking experience in a restaurant, bakery, or production kitchen
• Culinary degree strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of breads, pastries, desserts, and production techniques
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
• Willingness to work overnight and early-morning shifts
