Senior Superintendent

Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for delivering high-end office interiors in fast-paced urban environments? We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead complex tenant improvement and corporate office projects throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder known for quality, client relationships, and repeat business in the commercial interiors market. You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving schedule, safety, quality, and field execution while mentoring project teams and trade partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead all field operations for office interior and tenant improvement projects ranging from $5M-$50M+
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet key milestones and client expectations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, landlords, and building management teams
• Conduct daily site meetings and proactively manage project risks
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Manage quality control processes and oversee punch list completion
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
• Oversee logistics and construction activities in occupied buildings and active urban environments
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel to support long-term team development
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and project delivery

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience with a focus on commercial interiors and tenant improvements
• Proven success delivering Class A office, corporate headquarters, workplace modernization, and interior renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software, construction sequencing, and field coordination
• Experience managing projects in high-rise office buildings and occupied spaces
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of safety, quality, and production management
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders in fast-moving project environments
