Shift: 

Swing(Second) 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $14.17/hr

Grave(Third) 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - $15.55/hr

With Forklift Experience- Swing- $16.55/hr

Pay: $14.17/hr-$16.55/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw and finished products. The position operates in a controlled clean-room environment under moderate supervision, requiring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality, defects, and adherence to product specifications.
• Accurately package, seal, and apply appropriate labels to products following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete and maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and quality checklists in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or quality inspection is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and clean-room environments is an advantage.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in manual tasks.
• Reliable documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written standard operating procedures consistently.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
