The Mammography Technologist at Bay Area Hospital – Imaging in Coos Bay, OR, is a skilled professional responsible for performing high-quality mammography examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This permanent role offers a competitive pay range of $35–$55 per hour based on experience, a supportive work environment, and great benefits including relocation assistance. The position involves working 10-hour day shifts, with possible weekend and on-call duties.

Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of mammography examinations
• Apply mammography imaging principles and techniques to produce quality diagnostic images
• Operate mammography and related imaging equipment
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and other departments
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography
• Current Oregon license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience

Pay
