Schedule

• Hours of operation range from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and are subject to change based on business needs
• Overtime may be required
• Weekend work may be required during peak seasons

Pay

• $17.00 per hour
• Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals

Job Responsibilities

As a Dump Loader, you may be responsible for:

• Opening and closing hopper gates on truck trailers to unload grain
• Operating loading gates to fill trucks with grain
• Assisting with general facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Sweeping, shoveling, mowing, and pressure washing as needed
• Supporting daily operations based on facility demands
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Providing professional customer service to employees, truck drivers, and visitors

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds consistently
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
