Location: Penn Yan, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and competitive pay of $20.81 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Pick and prepare materials, parts, or products for production and shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material counts.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
• Verify materials and products for accuracy and quality.
• Safely use material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work closely with production and warehouse team members to keep materials moving efficiently.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with a warehouse environment.
