Machine Operator

Located in West Bend , WI

Salary: $18-22/hour

Company is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join their team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, and packaging. If you're detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, and looking for a stable full time position. we'd love to hear from you!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Operate machines at a fast pace while monitoring operations and making minor adjustments.

• Review and understand work orders, job routing information, and process instructions for each job.

• Track where each step of multiple jobs is within the manufacturing process.

• Set up, run, and inspect assemblies.

• Stack completed boxes, package products, prepare them for shipment, and assist with other general machine operation duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perfect math and ruler skills are important.

• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Detail oriented, good eyesight to see very small components.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $18-22/hour

• Shift(s): 1st, 2nd and 3rd

• Hours: Will vary depending on shift
