CMM Programmer / Quality Technician

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Quality Technician for a precision‑manufacturing facility in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a full‑time, 1st‑shift position offering long‑term stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate Zeiss CMMs using CALYPSO

• Perform dimensional inspections on tight‑tolerance components

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings

• Complete inspection reports and maintain quality documentation

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CMM programming experience (Zeiss/CALYPSO preferred)

• Strong understanding of GD&T

• Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail

• Experience in precision machining, grinding, or medical/aerospace manufacturing is a plus
