Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Senior to join our Indianapolis office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring staff, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
-Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
-Assist with tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses and individuals
-Research tax issues and communicate findings clearly
-Support client relationships and respond to tax-related questions
-Mentor staff and interns as needed
-Help manage deadlines, workflow, and engagement quality
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
-CPA or CPA candidate preferred
-4+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred
-Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
-Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills
-Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-focused environment
