Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate with a strong background in receiving and inventory control to join our team in Lima, NY.
Previous warehouse receiving experience is required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience receiving and verifying incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working with shipping/receiving documentation.

Responsibilities- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, and discrepancies
- Accurately enter and maintain receiving and inventory information
- Stock, organize, label, and properly store materials
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Track inventory movement using WMS, ERP, or inventory software
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
- Report damaged goods, shortages, and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Work effectively with warehouse, purchasing, production, and other team members
Required:
- Previous warehouse receiving experience – REQUIRED
- Experience receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments – REQUIRED
- Inventory control or inventory management experience – REQUIRED
- Ability to accurately maintain inventory and receiving records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, barcode scanners, or inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience
- Experience with shipping carriers and logistics
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits
